Who we are

Baku and Beyond is a tour operator based at 2nd Floor, 48 C Bakixanov Street, Baku 1022, Azerbaijan. We are responsible for the personal information described on this page. To contact us about privacy, email hashir@gomoha.io or call +994 77 199 17 55.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name and contact details you give us, plus whatever you tell us about your trip: the package you are interested in, preferred dates, number of passengers, vehicle preference and any message you write.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email instead, we hold that conversation and whatever it contains. WhatsApp messages are also processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and the site does not take payments.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry solely to reply to it, prepare a quote and arrange your trip. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It does not use cookies and does not track individuals across other websites.

Where Google Analytics is enabled, it sets cookies and records anonymised usage: pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, and actions such as clicking a WhatsApp button. We use this to understand which pages lead to enquiries. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies.

Who processes your data

The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes server logs including IP addresses. Enquiry emails are delivered through Resend. Both act as our processors and hold data outside Azerbaijan, including in the European Union and the United States.

The contact page embeds a Google Map, which loads only when you scroll to it. Google may set cookies at that point under its own policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete it. Ask us to erase your details sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy. Email hashir@gomoha.io and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
